Call him Man mbilo, man tingisha, man powa, and you will be referring to the King of Radio airwaves in the entire Ukambani region. The veteran radio guru is arguably the most popular radio personality in the region having started his radio career in Radio free Africa in Tanzania back in1998, before joining state Radio KBC in 2000.

He then teamed up with one TV personality Christine Nguku to bring the conception of Mbaitu FM into a reality in 2005.Sammy has seen tremendous growth in the station as its evolution from its infancy to one that appeals even across other geographical locations such as central, upper Eastern Kenya, Kajiado Nairobi etc.

Apart from being a senior presenter Mulinge has been crucial in designing programmes which are appealing and are able to drive the community in all aspects ranging from social economic as well as the political tentacle of the community.

After his 7 years term at Mbaitu fm, Sammy is amongst the founders and pioneers of the most popular and fastest growing radio station Athiani Fm where he is the Director of Programmes.
